PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME:
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday - ORDERS DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ON WEEKENDS. Holiday ship times WILL vary on current work load.
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow UP TO 2-4 business days ( unless otherwise noted in the product description of a pre sale / special ship date ) for the order to be processed with an active shipping label printed (demand is high at the moment) , prepared and packed, ready for shipment. Often times when demand is high - you will receive a pre shipment / tracking # up to 1 week prior to the merchandise / package being picked up . Reason being : we had batch shipments due to the volume / demand . Tracking #s can often times take up to 1-Week to update when this happens !
Newly released collections / items can take a bit longer to process due to the initial demand for the release. Please allow ample time for us to process these orders!
PRE RELEASE / PRE SALE ITEMS:
Lead times will vary if purchasing a pre release or pre sale item- PLEASE reference the product page of the product you purchased for further info on how it is structured !
USPS MAIL usually takes up to 5 business days to arrive to the destination from the time your order is shipped out of our facility (TRACKING # IS RECEIVED) . USPS does label how many days it takes for the order to be delivered (ETA) , but sometimes, there are delays. So please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 business days to receive a package with THE USPS mail service.
For international orders, Priority Mail / Flat rate shipping takes up to 7-12 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped out of our facility.
**International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. Freedom Industries is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.
USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex offers direct and reliable confirmation through their carriers whether a package has been successfully delivered to the correct address listed on your order. Therefore, we are able to ensure responsibility for your package from the time it has been shipped from our facility until the time it has been confirmed as being "delivered" to your designated address. (Customers are sent a tracking number once their order has been fulfilled via the e-mail address they list on their order ( PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT). If you happen to not receive your tracking number, please notify us via e-mail immediately.)
ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES AND NEARING SPECIAL HOLIDAYS
Special circumstances such as national holidays may delay the processing and preparation time as well as the duration of both shipping methods (Priority and Express mail) for domestic and international orders by up to an additional 12-14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. (These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider-- including, but not limited to: Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)
FREEDOM INDUSTRIES is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours ( OR IMMEDIATELY) of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail or charged back to the initial card for purchase ( or paypal ).
MAIL THEFT/LOST PACKAGES/TAMPERED PACKAGES
It is very important to check your tracking number periodically. . If you did not receive your package and it is stated as being delivered, please contact USPS immediately to open a case . We will go ahead and file an investigation IF NEED BE with the mail service as well that was responsible for delivering your package. The duration of the investigation varies case by case. In order for us to issue you a full refund or resend your order again, we must receive confirmation from the mail service that the package was not delivered and was in fact lost... After conducting the investigation, and if your package was confirmed delivered by the USPS, then we will not be able to refund nor reprocess your order. In the Case that the item was indeed mis- delivered and proved to have been lost , we will re process a new order.
Order cancellations must be made 24 hours from purchase
order cancellations are subject to restocking fees (pre sales / non pre sales )
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Freedom Industries guarantees all of our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS FROM www.freedomindustries.co NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS.
STRICTLY - EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING AS THIS IS OUR POLICY.
We will issue STORE CREDIT ( OR EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL VALUE) within 30 days of purchase (in hands / arrival date) in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction price.
EXCHANGES during major holidays will have an additional 15 day grace period if purchased 30 days prior to the major holiday .
All exchanges or returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original or re printed receipt / packing slip attached.
Merchandise that is received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion.
Freedom Industries . will only refund shipping charges if we discover that we were responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will NOT be charged a restocking or exchange fee. . We WILL cover shipping BACK TO YOU!
