• All exchanges or returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition (HANG TAGS / BAGGING INCLUDED ) with original or re printed receipt / packing slip attached. 
  • All exchanges or returns for products that are accepted will be sent store credit or product requested to exchange for.
  • Refunds - subject to a 10% restocking fee will be deducted once the refund is accepted and processed .
  • Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 45 days of delivery
  • Merchandise that is received after 45 days will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed. 
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
